Salon Policies and House Rules
COVID-19: Masks are not required but are encouraged. Please reschedule if you are feeling sick or if you have a fever.

Payments: Accepted forms of payment are cash, card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Cash App will not be accepted for payment of service but can be used for optional tipping.

No-Shows and Cancellations: Retainers (Deposits) are not being required at this time unless otherwise stated. Placing a active card on file may be required to reserve appointments for no-show protection. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-Shows will be subjected to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) and/or no longer being able to book with Shantel Tatayana Hair. Late cancellations may be subjected to the no-show policy.

House Rules:

For safety reasons, please use the automated system at the door to notify me of your arrival. Select the call function under my suite number to have me buzz you in to both the front and lobby doors.

Due to limited space, kids, pets, or other guests will be unable to accompany you during your visit.

Please be on time for your appointments. Late arrivals cause a domino effect that causes me to be late for the guest(s) that follow. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will result in cancellation and may be subject to the No-Show and Cancelation policy.

Unless a removal/take down service is booked, hair must be taken down and fully detangled (if not, additional charges will apply).

With the exception of consultations, shampoos are included with every hair service.

To keep with the relaxing atmosphere, please refrain from speaker phone convos or video play.
